Foi assinado ontem, 21 de Julho, um protocolo que visa a criação do Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem do Comércio Electrónico (CIMACE), um espaço de arbitragem para resolver litígios emergentes das relações de comércio que possam ocorrer online entre fornecedores e consumidores.
